I've had 3 "clients/buyers" messaging me to say they needed my email address to complete orders for my gig. I went onto my profile immediately to check why they could not complete it. There is an error message that keeps on popping up on all my gigs ? I've sent a query to customer support, but no resolution has been received as yet. 

After reading other's comments, I realize now that these buyers are most probably scammers and I fell for it due to my gigs showing an error message. I assumed that their requests were valid? Is anyone able to please advise why I'm getting this error message when trying to check out the service, am I maybe doing something incorrectly.
