Ask the Community

One year ago, I raised concerns in the @Bangladesh Fiverr community but didn't get any impactful answers. I contacted support, and they told me to clear the cache. I talked in groups, and people suggested using battery optimization and other things. Then I skipped Android and switched to iOS, where I missed the custom sound feature, but I was using it anyway. However, now I am facing the same issue on iOS. 

I am a Level 2 top-rated nominated seller. I am losing clients daily because they become angry when they see I am online but not replying to them. But the real-life scenario is that messages are not showing up for me. This problem is gradually spreading, and a huge number of sellers are facing the same issue. 

There seems to be no concern from the community leaders, managers, or responsible persons in Bangladesh. I hope there are responsible individuals who will take this issue seriously and bring it to the Fiverr team to fix the problem.
