1.Unfortunately, I don´t understand this app. How do I communicate in inbox with buyers or ppl who send me requests? Do I need seller pro option to be able to get information about what exactly the customer needs? I see no clear answer in the FAQs, messages are kind of blocked or disabled. 

2. I see no entry possible with credit card in my account. Then the service said verify bank account, what do they mean exactly? Do I have to wait until I get an minimal amount transferred to my bank account and then enter a code attached to it? 

3. Today it was too weird, I was asked to tell how much money I´d have in the account, I said it right, but the service got it wrong, wrong amount and then I was said to call a 030 number. what for? Am I blocked in my bank account for this reason or what shall I ask my bank to do for me anyway?? 

4. I also don´t find the flash sign, this follow-up standard message, I have to change it as I entered in it that currently I´m not available because I bank account ist not verified. 

5. Lastly, someone bought 1 lesson, but there is no communication what is it about, do I first serve the customer with his order and then I get the money or first I get the money, then I deliver. 

Pls talk cleartext, I want it simple, I don´t like bureaucracy and no transparence.
