am a Level 2 seller on Fiverr. However, I’ve noticed that the 

. Instead, every time I manually open the app, I see the bell icon indicating notifications, but I have to go to the Buyer Briefs section manually to view them. 

Can anyone guide me on whether I’m missing any settings? I’m not receiving Buyer Brief notifications with sound when I open the app, unlike other notifications. Notification settings are enabled for both email and mobile.
