Now, even though the work was exceptional and the client was super happy and even said he was going to recommend my service, he rated me a 4 and the rest was all excellent. 

We know that there are many people who find everything expensive, my service was super cheap and I also went beyond the service and to provide an exceptional service I made some simple adjustments at no cost and I was still rated a 4....
