existing Payoneer account to an old Fiverr

 as a payment withdraw method. My old Fiverr account got banned for some reason. 

Can my old Payoneer account be used in my new Fiverr account?

If I can use it what is the process? I would be happy if you guys help me to get rid of this confusion 🙂 Thanks
