I hope everyone is doing well. I’m reaching out to get some advice about an issue I’m facing with my web design agency on Fiverr. I’ve been running a small web design agency on the platform for a few months, and I’m encountering a problem that I’d love to hear your thoughts on.

Here’s the situation: We recently completed a website project for a client who ordered our mid-level package (including a 5-page website with basic SEO and responsive design). The client was happy during the initial review and approved the work. However, a week after delivery, they messaged us saying the website “doesn’t look professional enough” and are now asking for a full redesign at no extra cost. They haven’t provided specific feedback on what they don’t like, which makes it hard for us to address their concerns.

We’ve tried to communicate politely, asking for detailed feedback and offering minor revisions as per our gig terms, but the client keeps insisting on a complete redo. I’m worried this could lead to a dispute or a bad review, which could hurt our creative canvas

 agency’s reputation since we’re still building our profile.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue with vague client feedback or demands for extra work after delivery? How did you handle it professionally while protecting your business? Are there any best practices for setting clear expectations with clients to avoid these situations? Also, what’s the best way to approach Fiverr Support if this escalates?
