I was trying to verify my payment method on Fiverr and got a message in the support chat saying:

"Sorry, but you need to enter a card with a balance of at least INR 25,000, or you can top up your actual card balance with this amount. This is necessary to proceed with the verification process..."

This looks unusual to me because normally verification requires only a small temporary charge, not such a high balance.

👉 Has anyone else faced this? Is this an official Fiverr process or could it be a scam/phishing attempt?
