I ask fiverr support to give me link to submit the Id and selfie. So they give me link I click on it and verify the my id card and live selfie. And then the support send me mail your account is successfully verified and you can continue to sell your services on fiverr marketplace. 

But now when I click on my gigs to activate or edit “This page is available for only to approved fiverr seller”. So what is the issue because I already verify It. I submit ticket to support team but they don't reply me and not solve my issue. If my account is not verified then tell me. But when I click on verify your identity button they ask me “You are All set”. So please help me and give me access to my account. 

I submit My ID card and live selfie but they do not give me more options.
