I have found today a notification thata my Level 2 status is slippering, and in can´t figure why at all. It´s about my success rating.

I have pure 5 stars (full 5 star reviews even with positive comments) in my profilein the last year, but my success rating never went above 7.

Two weeks ago i had a 4.3 score that i asume was a typo from the client that pushed 3 stars instead of 5. And i mean it because in the inbox, he only gave me positive words about how happy he was with the order, and also left a positive comment in the order review.

But even if it was a mistake, after a lot of months having all 5 stars review, a single 4.3, makes my status in danger? 

So, why even if i have 5 after 5 ratings, never went above 7 in my success score? There is no other way a client can rate me higher than that.  In every order that i got ratings, but this last one. 

And also, how can a single 4.3 review, only one,  make all the former succeeded orders and ratings not valid? Is this rating succes score SO fragile?

I pay fiverr pro, pay gig promotions, have a good flow of orders and great ratings.  I don´t understand that downgrade menace at all.
