So I have put in a cancel request for an instagram socialmedia manager 

and they are refusing to accept and said the following 

I could record a video about your profile and potentially damage your reputation—I have a studio where I create content for my buyers. But I want you to understand this: anyone can make a mistake, and that doesn’t mean they’re not a professional.

They have sent screenshots of my account threatening to use this, Can someone please help ASAP I am under attack from someone on this platform
