Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.

I have been thinking a lot about the current review system and wanted to start a discussion to hear insights from other sellers. Many of us face situations where we do our best, communicate clearly, and meet all requirements. Yet, the final review does not always match the actual effort or the work we delivered. Since reviews are permanent and can affect the Success Score, a single unfair rating can have a long-term impact on a seller’s performance.

I understand that buyers should always be free to give honest feedback and that Fiverr only removes reviews when there is a clear violation of the Terms of Service. However, I wonder if the policy could be improved for cases where the written review does not match the order history or when the seller has clearly gone above and beyond but still receives a harmful rating. In these situations, sellers have very limited options for protection.

My question to the community is this: Do you think the current review policy is completely fair for both sellers and buyers? Should there be additional checks or review processes for cases where the rating clearly conflicts with the documented communication and work delivered?

I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences. This is an important topic for many sellers who want to maintain high standards and deliver great work while feeling supported by the system.
