I just joined Fiverr and went through the process of setting up my profile along with my first post / listing. I filled out everything, but on the last page it's asking me if I'm a “U.S. Person”, which I am. Because of this, I need to fill out the W-9 form to proceed any further with my listing, but every time I click to “Update form W-9”, it brings me to a page that says “

Error 6: An error has occurred while trying to access this page.

Please contact our support team.” of course, from what I'm seeing, us peasants are unable to send a support request to a real person on the support team unless we're forking over money monthly to Fiverr for a subscription or whatever. Is there any way to resolve this? I'd hate to think that all the time I just spent uploading photos and typing descriptions will all be for nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.
