I am a new Fiverr seller and would really appreciate some advice from experienced sellers.

At the time Fiverr requested the verification, I had already noticed that the "Add payout method" option was unavailable

I then completed my ID verification successfully, but the issue still remains. I am still unable to add a payout method or withdraw my available funds.

I have always complied with Fiverr's Terms of Service and Community Standards. 

I tried contacting Fiverr Support through the Help Center, but I noticed there is 

 available on my account. After searching online, I found that support requests can also be submitted via email, so I emailed Fiverr Support. The email was successfully converted into a support ticket, and it now appears under my 

 without any response. I also sent a polite follow-up after two days, but I still haven't received an update.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

Has anyone had the payout option disabled before adding their first payout method? 

How long did Fiverr Support take to resolve this issue? 

I am quite worried because my account is fully active, I can receive and complete orders, and I have available earnings, but I cannot add a payout method.

Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
