For example, I sell a service called "I will design an outstanding YOUTUBE BANNER", the client ordered the gig and also requested a poster for printing. I explained that this is a completely different job and I can do the Youtube banner design the order was placed for and we can chat AFTER that about the print design and make a separate offer or simply send him a refund.

He replayed with "That works but I really need it done asap please". Long story short, i deliver the Youtube banner design and received a bad review because I didn't include the design for the printing poster. 

I opened a ticket about this and the response was that the review won't be removed because 

How is this review relevant to people who are looking to buy a Youtube banner design? How is this my fault? 

Basically, you can order anything on this platform and you are free to leave reviews that are not related to the product you ordered and that's OK because TOS allow you to do it? 

Client's can leave any review even if it's not relevant and Fiverr won't care.
