I’d like to propose a feature that could greatly enhance the seller and buyer experience on your platform. 

 that buyers must read and accept before placing an order. 

This addition would help resolve several common issues:

Buyers placing orders for services that are completely unrelated to the gig description, creating unnecessary disputes and wasted time. 

By implementing this feature, Fiverr can ensure clearer expectations for both parties, minimize disputes, and encourage fair practices. While I understand that features like "Request to Order" are available through Seller Plus Premium, a pre-order terms of service option would offer a universally accessible solution and further boost Fiverr’s credibility as a fair and transparent marketplace.
