I'm writing to suggest the additional multi factor authentication requirement when initiating a password reset for an account. This will prevent abusive requests from some persons who might have the email address of a Fiverr seller/buyer. 

For instance, an email with the passcode should be sent which will be used to approve the password reset email. 

Last week and this week, I received emails requesting that I click a link to change my password. Obviously, the email was from Fiverr system but I ignored the emails as I didn't request to change my password. With the mfa password reset feature, the password reset email won't have been sent.
