I am a new seller on Fiverr and have recently created my first Gig. While attempting to publish it, I was prompted to complete the identity verification process. I successfully verified my email and phone number, but the verification failed when I submitted a photo of my ID card.

As a result, I am currently unable to publish my Gig.
