This is not genuine buyer. Nowadays they are targeting users who publish new gigs or new seller accounts. Just report them to fiverr. I too got same kind of buyer message after I published a new gig. Support said the buyer is banned. Never share your mail id before order

I’m a new seller on Fiverr, and I recently published my first gig in the Voice Search SEO category.

A few buyers messaged me showing interest, but both of them faced the 

:
 When trying to place an order, Fiverr asked them to enter my email manually to continue. 😥

“The system encountered an error, please send your inbox/email.”

I understand this might be related to me not having any completed orders yet, but I want to make sure I'm doing everything 

Is this a normal process for new sellers? 

Is it safe to send my Fiverr-linked email 

Will this issue go away after my first order is completed? 

Is there a better way to guide buyers without risking a TOS violation? 

I’d love to hear from experienced sellers or Fiverr staff if this is something temporary and how to handle it the right way. 🙏
