Repeat clients are a blessing, as they bring a consistent flow of orders, but if you are not careful, they can also turn your profile into a long term nightmare.

Some clients will not openly express dissatisfaction. They may seem fine on the surface but silently leave poor rating that impacts your metrics. They will keep ordering, not because they are fully satisfied, but maybe because they can not find someone else at your price or do not want to go through the hassle of searching.

That is why it is very important to filter your repeat clients and it is completely okay to step back from a collaboration. It should not always be about "getting orders" -- it should be about building a sustainable, long-term career. That can only be achieved when your clients are properly filtered.
