Hi, I am a new seller on Fiverr, and I think I may have fallen victim to the scam. What should I do now? 

I have received multiple messages from people who request service, and asked for my email to proceed with payment. 

Initially, I did not think anything was wrong and proceeded to follow the instructions, only realising something was fishy after I had submitted my card details and phone number, an apparent fiverr staff member reached out on an external platform, which made me suspicious.
