I have done an order in March 2024. The client was happy, and the order was completed. I really worked hard to get the job done accurately. Everything was great, and the client was happy. Suddenly, the order was cancelled after six months of its completion. When I see the client was offline for more than since the completion of the order, which simply means he wasn't the one who called the order. My question is that if I, the client, was happy and I have worked hard, then why was the order cancelled by Fiverr? It cost me 40 USD as well as my level. Please suggest me a way to get back the money and the status. Thank you so much.
