Hey everyone.
 I'm on fiverr since around 2021 and I'm very happy with my account. 
I was able to earn few hundred dollars every month and I really like the platform and the clients. 
Now I want to expand my account and to offer more high quality services, but I got one 3 star review around an year ago and since than I just can't get out from level 0.
 I got orders, tips, excellent reviews, but nothing seems to work. I got stuck with success score of 4 and fiverr just don't let me go higher, no matter what I do...
 What broke everything was my last 5 star review + tip that I got, that actually dropped my rating from 4.8 to 4.6. 

 I was super unfortunate to work with a client that left me a negative review and that curse haunts me 12 months later.
 I want to ask people with more experience than me - is it better to start fresh. I think that I already got the right strategy to go to level 1, even 2 in no time, or is it better to stick to my old account and try to fight the dreaded success score of 4 and rating dropping for some reason with every 5 star review?
