On my fiverr profile I saw 2 verification options* --- 

1. DASHBOARD: Verify your information - Stay compliant to continue working with EU clients 

2. SETTING >> Personal & Business Info: Identity verification - Fill out your personal and business information to verify your identity 

Are they are same verification or separate?? What will happen If I won't do that because Fiverr verification creating some issue for to many peoples account. SOME people's are loosing their account though they submitting their REAL ID card. 

Can anybody instruct me clearly. I'm from Bangladesh and I don't have smart ID card.... Thanks in advanced to all.
