My brother had a Fiverr+ Payoneer account 1 year before. The Fiverr got disabled, so after a few days, I emailed Payoneer support and closed the Payoneer account. Now, with this NID card, can another new Payoneer account be opened, and if so, can I add a new Fiverr account? Please suggest me
