A few years ago, I was blocked on Fiverr site because of vpn. I withdrew the money through my Payoneer, which was linked to this blocked account.

The actions about which I was thinking: -I will create a new account on the Fiver with a new name, photo, etc.; -I change the Payoneer email address and password, but the linked card remains the same;

If I link an old Payoneer account with a new password/email to a new account on the fiverr, will Fiverr Support block me again? Or will they consider the account "clean"? Thanks!

Is it possible to use the same Payoneer account, but change its email/ password ? The situation is more detailed below
