Hi, I am Diane. I just started yesterday, and two persons has already contacted me asking for my email address and card information. The message says that my services has already been paid for although I have not done anything yet. Then they block me. 

Since I am new here, I would like to know how this all works. I am a seller on Fiverr. 

How does your client pay you...is it before or after the job? 

I don't have a master card, visa card or any of the required payment method to get paid. 

Can you please advise me on how I should proceed?
