I was offline for about 7 days because of a flood problem in Bangladesh and when I returned, my account showed me that my success score had decreased from 7 to 6, and my level 2 is at risk right now.! I have also fulfilled all the requirements to be a top-rated freelancer except success score. So, is there anything I can do to fix that,
 Please give me a clear direction to fix it as soon as possible.
