The customer made the payment via credit card, but I didn't have a global card, so I created it in a digital global bank, but when I try to register the card, I've already tried more than once... either it keeps processing forever or else it points out that the card account must have a balance of at least 200 EUR to be effective, but I created it now, I don't have that balance... I no longer know what to do, I will end up losing the customer and consequently work and money. what should I do?
