Hi guys! I'm new here in Fiverr and I have just placed an order for a service from one of the sellers. However, I requested a refund and it was indeed canceled and it said that it will be credited as my Fiverr balance. However, this payment was done via paypal and was taken out from a bank account which is not supposed to be used. It has not still posted as my Fiverr balance though, but I have already created a support request for it to be refunded back to my paypal account which is my original payment method. I have still not received a response from them. How long should I wait for them to respond to my request? And how long should it reflect as my Fiverr balance if they haven't started with the process of transferring it to my Paypal account? 

Please enlighten me and I will really appreciate all the answers from the community. Thank you!
