Its been more than a month that my success score droped from 7 to 6. After that i have completed 15+ orders, but its not getting updated. I completed order for some new gigs but on my success score progress it says nill. So my question is whats the time period after which success score gets updated. For example is it updated every month or once a year or what? I even asked customer support but they have no clue neither my success manager. This is only factor holding me back from becoming level 2 seller, but unlike other factors this is not even in my control. Please if anyone knows when can i expect an update on success score.
