I got a message from someone claiming to be a customer and saying they were in the middle of an order but at the payment bit it has asked for my email. I am assuming this is a scam but I have never seen one like this so just want to check. This is the photo, I have blurred out the card number and the other two bits they blurred out. 

Just want to check if this is a scam or real before I report
