I have since sometime back this idea that we need to open up the job market and start looking at Swapping jobs. 

With this I mean change job with someone else, why? Well I think there is a lot of protection in the job market, people want to change jobs but stay put bcs they can't find the right match. By offering this, in the beginning, anonymous job match making service, we will increase the job rotation, more jobs will get available etc.
