I’m reaching out for some insights and perhaps guidance from anyone who might have encountered a similar situation. Recently, my account was permanently banned due to what was described as violations of the community guidelines. The reason cited in the notification was quite broad, mentioning guideline violations. However, a previous email pinpointed the ban to offering services related to academic work. 

I'd like to clarify and seek your advice on this matter. The service I offered was titled “AI Plagiarism Checks and Content Humanization Services.” This service was intended for blog owners needing content that is AI-free, focusing on enhancing originality in digital content, far removed from any academic intentions. 

The confusion stems from the conflicting reasons given in the communications from Fiverr and the fact that my attempts to resolve this have only been met with what seem to be automated responses. I believe there’s been a misunderstanding, and I’m seeking a path to rectify this. 

Has anyone here faced a similar issue? How did you navigate the situation? Also, if there’s a way to engage directly with a human support agent rather than automated responses, how can I make this happen? Any advice on how to proceed or to whom specifically I should reach out would be greatly appreciated.
