I hope this message finds you well. I'm currently facing a dispute with a client regarding a WordPress website project completed two months ago on Fiverr. 

The client initially requested the project, and I provided all deliverables, including the source code, within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, the client has recently expressed dissatisfaction and claims that the source code was not provided additionally .

he mentioned opening a case on Fiverr regarding this matter.

I want to clarify that all files were submitted through Fiverr's platform, adhering to their guidelines and ensuring transparency. 

I'm reaching out to seek your advice and insights on how best to handle this situation. Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? How did you resolve it?
