i have completed 2 transection.due to my wrong bank information one of my transection reverse from payoneer to fiverr again .i got the amount back to my account at 10th january 

on that day then i made another transection i mean the withdraw to my fiverr reveneu card but i didnot recive any email from fiverr or payoneer.i contacted with payoneer and they said there is no pending transection on my payoneer account. 

Now i cannot see the amount on fiverr or payoneer as well.i contacted with payoneer they said i Don't have any pending amoint. 

Its been almost 10 days.,where is my money now. 

Fiverr shows the withdrawl complete i don't receive any email from fiverr as well. 

I withdrawal fund but it didn’t add to my payoneer
