My fiverr account is restricted because a buyer sent me his email

.. description- first he asked me for a sample and needed his logo to create it, but was told that fiverr won't allow him to send it through fiverr.. then he I was asked for what app and email information but I refused to send it... Then he sent me his email (I never asked him for such information). A few hours later my account was banned without any warning.. What action can I take for this?.... I am a level 2 seller and have not committed any violations so far.
