So I have a buyer that sent over some VO scripts for Timberland. They said for right now it’s only being used in house but could possibly be used for Social. How should I handle this? Just trust that the seller is going to do the right thing and reach back out if it goes to social? Also what kind of buyout rate should I charge for a few :15 timberland scripts? Any feedback would be appreciated.
