A couple of months ago I had a good experience when working with a seller that did Digital Art for me. 

Recently I contacted him again to see if he's available and it took a few days for his reply.
 

: for safety and privacy reasons I won't mention the seller's name -
 So basically, his recent response has left me not knowing how to respond. 

He says being sorry for taking so long to answer as his computer broke down last week and just repaired it now.
 Then he says "

. I'm sure he's not working for any company related to art or working as a group.
 After that he says "

". Odd format and especially mentioning his own username. 

My final question is thus: could this seller be hacked?
 Feel free to tell me how I should handle in this situation, thanks.
