I am Fiverr seller and earning money through Fiverr. 

As per my accountant, We need to deduct TDS for the Fiverr 20% fees or We need any certification which says Fiverr is not liable for this? 

Does anyone have an idea of how to deduct TDS on Fiverr Fees? or get that certification?
