My buyer wants to video chat before placing an order. But I cannot see the video call button in the chat with my buyer. 

Alternative option like Zoom and Meet link may violate the Fiverr's TOS. 

What can I do to initiate a video call without using outside video call platform? 

It's an inconvenient that I cannot video call with the buyer as a new seller myself.
