Hi, Lena , I am a new seller on Fiverr , i tried to set up my payout methods but i could not receive any SMS code to process the next stage, i have already opened a ticket thanks to the link you provided . Could you please give me solutions for my problem ? ( i tried 3 times and got blocked 24hrs receiving SMS code ). 

i tried to clear all cache and cookie , but the problems still persist . I wish there is another way to receive the code via email instead. 😞 ( i am not located in US )
