Is it necessary to leave a public comment on a review to a seller to be awarded their stars? Or can we leave the stars without having to leave a public comment? I have a problematic customer who says he already left me a 5 star review but I don't get it. Could it be because he didn't leave a public comment? Or is it necessary to leave a comment in order to leave a rating? I hope you understand the question, thank you.
