Like other platforms, there are two types of buyers. Posting a job by describing their requirements and others coming by clicks. While posting a job, Fiverr can verify the payment methods of the buyers, and then allow the buyers to post the job, otherwise not. If this is done properly and strictly, I hope there will be few fake buyers in the platform and all sellers will be able to get more or fewer jobs through algorithm-sorting the particular Gigs. The Fiverr authority wanted to stop FAKE buyers and nothing else. 

When there were buyer request features, all sellers might get jobs because they might describe the job how they would like to do it. The buyer messaged the seller who was the perfect fit. 

In some cases, those sellers who could do 70-80% of the work might apply/bid a proposal. Then the sellers got bad reviews or something else. 

Now, the algorithm detects different criteria which are quite impossible on the part of many many sellers! And a large number of sellers are not getting briefs. In this way, most of the sellers have been waiting---
