A buyer of mine went on a vacation without giving me some required details, making the order delivered really late, dropping the on-time delivery upto 65%. But since then i have been delivering my others promply, but the on-time delivery is just increasing by 1% or 2%, now in 76% after delivering more than 10 orders. I believe the on-time delivery should increase a lot faster than this. What do i do pls? this is what has be stopping me from moving on to level one. Pls advice me.
