A buyer placed an order with me today and wanted to speak before I begin working on the order. I sent her 3 Video Call invites and she claimed she didn't get them. Also, it seems she will only message me through my inbox and not the Order Page. She asked me to call her on the phone (which I told her I'm not supposed to do) and I did attempt to call her while blocking my number. She didn't answer and then asked me to unblock my number, which I refused to do. Can anyone give me some advice? Is it possible she isn't getting the Video Call invites or is something fishy going on here? Thank you.
