Couple of days back some how I signed out from the fiverr mobile app, but couldn't log in back as I don't remember the password. While trying to solve this problem I log out from my computer as well in order to reset the password by choosing "forgot password" option. But later I found that phone verification is needed to reset the password. The worst case is I don't have access to my fiverr phone number anymore. I did not use it for months. So the service provider has deactivated my phone connection.
