Today, i have received an order and client did not share login information of software and scope is also not clear. which is needed to complete the task. He filled the complete form but still did not provider mentioned information. Now my delivery clock has started and this task will require me to spend at least 2 days. He is also not responding to my messages. If i will cancel the order then my ranking will drop and i have worked so hard to get the ranking. 

I have generated a ticket as well and waiting for a response from fiverr. Is there anything which i can do to handle the situation 😞 please suggest
