So I've been on Fiverr for 70 days now, and I know that the evaluation period is 15th of every month. 

To reach Level 1 status I completed all my goals, to be precise on 

t's 15 now and past the 00:00 GMT, so will I get promoted sometime today, or I'll have to wait another month.
