It’s time for another round of Fiverr updates! From a brand-new messaging experience to freelancers lighting up Times Square, this month’s news is all about improving your workflow and celebrating your wins.

The new Unified Inbox has been officially rolled out to all users, giving you the ability to manage all your Fiverr conversations in one place, including order-related messages, inquiries, and custom offers.

Until now, messages were split between your Inbox and Order Page, which sometimes caused confusion or missed messages. With this update, everything is in one convenient place, making communication feel more organized. 

Here’s what you need to know about the new inbox: 

Messages attached to an order will have an icon you can hover over to see the corresponding order number. Click it to see the order page.

You can still message buyers from the Order Page using the “Message” button on the right side. Those conversations will now appear in the same unified thread. 

Every message sent is automatically tagged with the relevant order for easy tracking.

This update is a big step toward making collaborating with your clients more streamlined and efficient, and we’re already seeing positive signals in Buyers’ satisfaction.

This International Freelancer Day, we wanted to do something big to celebrate you — the human talent powering this global movement of creativity and innovation.

 for a chance to be featured on the Times Square billboard in New York City. Over 350 freelancers entered, and narrowing it down to just six winners wasn’t easy! After lots of tough choices, we picked six winners, each with a unique story of talent, passion, and the limitless opportunities freelancing can bring.

: A U.S.-based UGC creator and voiceover artist who also uses her social channels to empower others to succeed on Fiverr, just as she did.

: Founder of Just Create It, an Australian web development and brand agency, who helped launch Dry Water (now in two major U.S. retailers), and build their Shopify store. As she puts it, freelancing gave her the freedom to “fully step into the life I always envisioned.”

: An award-winning translator from the UK, Andrea turned her love of languages into a global business. Most notably, she recently helped Ed Sheeran translate his music into Spanish for listeners in Latin America. 

: A German video producer who describes freelancing as freedom: freedom to create, set your worth, and work from anywhere. His 20-part video campaign even helped Kool & the Gang secure a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction.

: A Cyprus-based business consultant and marketer who’s helped over 4,000 clients and is now helping to develop AI agents for billion-dollar corporations. As he says, signing up for Fiverr was a spontaneous decision. One that “5.5 years later… turned out to be the best decision of my life.”

: An Australia-based UI/UX designer and web developer who enjoys using his talents for good, including working with Grow Decks, a project aimed at making the yachting industry more eco-friendly. He sums up his freelancing experience plainly: it “gave me the freedom to work with clients around the world, grow my skills, and turn what I’m good at into a full-time career I truly love.”

To celebrate, the Fiverr New York team and a few of our winners headed to Times Square to see their faces light up the big. It was truly an unforgettable moment, and a symbol of how far freelancers can truly go when they bet on themselves.
